The Accelerated Leadership Program is designed to quickly develop directors into more capable, effective leaders of managers who know how to translate the overall business strategy into operationally sound tactics, infrastructure, and work streams. Through this program they learn how to effectively engage managers and organizational resources to move the business forward. Perhaps most importantly they learn how to develop the future leaders of the organization.
Participants of this program will be developed through coursework, developmental coaching, peer groups, and independent learning in the following topic areas:
